I’m usually nervous about ordering ceramics online, but ViviCase completely changed my mind. The packaging was insanely secure — every piece arrived in perfect condition, no chips or scratches. The plate designs look even more beautiful in person, and they make my dining table feel ‘put together’ without any effort. I’ve already placed my second order.

What impressed me most was the balance of design and practicality. The mugs feel solid but not heavy, and the glaze has a really premium, hand-crafted look. Shipping was faster than I expected and customer support replied to my email within a few hours when I wanted to tweak my order. This has become my go‑to shop for gifts.

I discovered this shop on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. The seasonal collection looks like something from a boutique gallery, but the prices are still reasonable. Everything was wrapped carefully with eco‑friendly materials, and there was even a handwritten thank‑you card in the box. It feels like buying from a small studio, not a faceless big brand.
